Once each quarter President Johnson interviews each and every missionary throughout the mission. I have the privilege of participating in 30 district meetings over the course of the month. Some of the trainings from the district leaders have been: how to better begin teaching, teaching more effectively, the power of setting and working towards goals, the power of understanding the Atonement of Jesus Christ and knowing the Savior, improving finding skills, sharing our purpose boldly and inviting to baptism early, how to simplify our teaching, and learning the language of the Spirit.
