Farewell and Welcome!

We said goodbye to Sister Danso from South Africa this week.  She joined us in December from Temple Square and will return and finish her mission there. She has been an outstanding representative of Jesus Christ in the Pennsylvania Pittsburgh mission serving in n State College.  We wish her well!

The same day we welcomed two new temple square sisters to the PPM!

Sister O'Reilly and Sister Nevil will be with us for 3 months.

Sister Nevil will serve with Sister Crisp in Chambersburg

The Shrewsberry district in York PA found a creative way of sharing this message. They played the video provided by the church out on a busy Square in the city of York. They passed out fliers inviting people to a fireside they have organized to celebrate believing in Jesus Christ.

What is the role of the Holy Ghost in conversion?

What is our role in helping others in their conversion to Jesus Christ?

"To be a worthy vessel that as a baptized member, and as a set apart servant of the Lord, is entitled to the constant companionship of the Holy Ghost. Therefore, as you are clean and worthy and valiant in doing your work, you bring that Spirit with you into the teaching setting."

"This is about a mighty change of heart that can only come through the influence of the Holy Ghost. We are the Lord’s agents to help that Spirit come into the lives of people, to help them learn how to invite it into their hearts"
