MLC November 2015

"Therefore, dearly beloved brethren, let us cheerfully do all things that lie in our power; and then may we stand still, with the utmost assurance, to see the salvation of God, and for his arm to be revealed."
                                                                                                  D&C 123:17

Great training by the assistants Elder Gates and Elder Bryant:  #stressfree3
To ensure that we are worshipping and making the Sabbath the Lord's, missionaries are blessed as we work with investigators if we will 1. Include members   2. Invite investigators to church   3.  Work closely with ward mission leaders

More insights shared . . .
God gave us an "inquiring" mind.  Each of us have questions.  Acknowledge your questions as you fan the flames of your faith.  Elder Holland instructs us to hope on, and don't forget what we do know as we search for the answers.

Find a box and set your questions aside and continue on in faith.  Answers will come!
"Doubt your doubts, not your faith!"  -Elder Uchdorf

Be careful where you search for the truth.  There are many sources that tell us a portion of the truth and take things out of context.  If we focus on those kinds of answers we can get sidetracked and confused!

  1. Thank you so much for keeping up with this blog Sister Johnson. We love keeping updated on the happenings in the Pittsburgh mission and love even more seeing pictures of our daughter. :) Thank you for taking such good care of the missionaries.
