Elder Russel M Nelson teaches us that we should begin with the end in mind!  As we invite and help people on their journey to faith in Jesus Christ and His atonement,  their desires to repent, be baptized and receive the blessings of the temple increase!  Endowment helps us endure to the end!

Faith is not by chance, but by CHOICE!

" Faith in Jesus Christ is a gift from heaven that comes as we choose to believe and as we seek it and hold on to it."

"How we live our lives increases or diminishes our faith. Prayer, obedience, honesty, purity of thought and deed, and unselfishness increase faith. Without these, faith diminishes. Why did the Savior say to Peter, “I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not”? Because there is an adversary who delights in destroying our faith! Be relentless in protecting your faith."

Concerns of Zone Leaders and Sister Training Leaders

     1-Getting members to come teach  (Member present)

     2-Finding

     3 -Missionaries taking problems to the wrong sources (need clarification on 

       leaders roles)

     4-Keeping Committments/Getting investigators to come to church

     5- Help from members

     6-Zone unity

     7-Purposeful Lessons

Solutions - from discussion:

    1 -Ask members, ask bishop when would be a good match for friendshipping.

    2-Park car and walk -talk to people all along the way

        Ask members, live your purpose, show an interest in people,  show members how, 

        Teach members and follow up with specific names

   3-Reach out to missionaries that you have stewardship over.

       Be a shepherd rather than a policeman?

       Redirect missionary to leader over them

    4-Be in tune to invite them to the next step

        Committ them to increase their faith

        Followup continually to help them keep their committments

   5-Pick strong families and teach them PMG lesson on how to invite, etc.

   6-Zone activity, Zone sharing activities - Service activities, testimony meetings

   7-Purpose, plan well, preparations, Invite the Spirit, really listen and teach to their         

       needs, role playing

  Welcome to our most recent group of missionaries who join in the work of salvation to help and invite others to "come unto Christ."  The Lord is indeed hastening His work here in the PPM and throughout the world.
